Beauty on the Beachside

Combining everything we love about a tropical tiki drink, while being light, refreshing, and approachable. This juice-bomb will please anyone who wants to reminisce about summer, without being overtly booze-driven.

Tools

Jigger (substitute with measuring spoons)

Bar spoon (substitute with a regular spoon)

Rocks or Double Old Fashioned glass

Grater

Ingredients

1 1⁄2 oz Vodka

1⁄2 oz Fassionola Syrup

1/4 oz Zap Sour Syrup

5 Full Droppers of Kiwi & Sumac Bitters

1-2 oz Soda Water

Garnish: 2 Mint Sprigs & Ground Nutmeg

Method

1. Combine vodka, fassionola syrup, zap sour syrup, and bitters into a Rocks or Double Old Fashioned glass.

2. Add ice and stir for 10 seconds.
3. Add additional ice to glass.
4. Add soda water and stir to combine.

5. Smack a mint sprig to release oils and gently run around the lip of the glassware.

6. Add mint spring and grate nutmeg over the top of the cocktail glass for garnish.

If you’d rather forgo the alcohol, increase the volume of soda water to 3 oz per drink.
