Cocktail shaker (substitute with a mason jar or protein shaker)
Jigger (substitute with measuring spoons)
Bar strainer (substitute with a mesh strainer)
Fine mesh strainer
Juicer (substitute with a fork)
Muddler (substitute with pestle and mortar or wooden spoon)
Coup glass (substitute with a rocks or wine glass)
2 oz Vodka
1⁄2 oz Apricot Syrup
1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice
2 Dill Sprigs
Pinch of finishing salt
Garnish: Dill sprig and fresh cracked black pepper

2. Gently muddle 2 dill sprigs into a shaker tin to bruise them.
3. Measure and add vodka, syrup, lemon juice, and a small pinch of salt to the shaker tin.
4. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.
5. Lightly smack the dill between your hands and gently run around the lip of the glassware.
6. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
7. Garnish with a fresh dill sprig and a pinch of cracked black pepper.
