The Enchanted Rose

A delicious and light vodka highball that is perfect for spring. This slightly herbaceous sipper is reminiscent of being in a garden of flowers on a warm summer day.


Jigger (substitute with measuring spoons)

Cocktail shaker (substitute with a mason jar or protein shaker)

Bar strainer (substitute with a mesh strainer)

Bar Spoon (substitute with a kitchen spoon)

Juicer (substitute with a fork)

Collins glass


2 oz Vodka

1 oz Rose Syrup

1 oz Lemon Juice

2 Full Droppers of Cypress Bowl Bitters

2 oz Soda Water

Garnish: Rosemary Sprig, Dehydrated Lemon Wheel


1. Combine vodka, rose syrup, lemon juice, and bitters into shaker tin.

2. Shake with ice for 20 seconds.

3. Strain into a collins glass over fresh ice.

4. Top with soda, and stir to combine.

5. Add a rosemary sprig and dehydrated lemon wheel.
